Kia ora, mama. 

I’m a proud Māori woman, a Māmā, and the CEO of Marissa Lewis International. My whakapapa grounds me. 

My whānau keep me steady. And my mahi is about weaving wisdom, strategy and presence so women can rise without leaving themselves behind. 

I lead the She Leads Different™ movement because I believe leadership today is not about doing more, pushing harder or becoming someone else to succeed. 

It’s about knowing who you are, trusting your voice and building a life and business that honours where you come from. With more than 20 years in sales, marketing and communications and over a decade as a coach, speaker and retreat facilitator, I bring both heart and commercial reality to the room. 

I am also a long-term business owner who has built and led multiple businesses across both traditional and online models, from corporate and consulting environments through to digital programs, retreats and global mentoring spaces. 

I’ve guided wāhine and women around the world to step into their voice, their mana and their leadership. I’ve trained corporate teams, mentored entrepreneurs and held powerful, grounded space for women to reconnect with the strength and wisdom they’ve always carried. Because here’s the truth. 

No matter where you are from, you carry the intelligence of your ancestors within you. When you remember that and align your business, your confidence and your leadership with that inheritance, you stop minimising yourself and start creating the legacy you were made for. 

I work with ambitious women in their 40s and 50s who have poured decades into careers, families and communities and are now ready to claim their authority, their voice and their next chapter. 

Through Ultimate Confidence Academy™, Connect Retreat™ and one-to-one mentoring, I help women align their vision with their values and lead with heart-led clarity and grounded authority. 

For me, this isn’t just business. It’s mission. It’s legacy. It’s standing alongside women who are ready to lead differently, live more honestly and create ripples of impact that reach far beyond themselves.

MY LIFE'S WORK

I’m here to help you turn your life purpose into a sustainable business. And get wildly successful doing it. Because you were born to change the world. In 2014, I shifted from the corporate world in Sales and Marketing, to build the field of coaching in transformation and personal Training, and I founded my coaching business in Marissa Lewis International, which turns out to be a huge success. I’ve always told people who want to go far in life that all they require is a positive mindset. The same goes for you. You look the way you think – your mind is an inner reflection of what you are outside. It’s what defines you – your personality and everything that concerns you. Your mindset is the most important element you need to succeed in life and that’s why the power of the universe gave you the ability to imagine. You’re at your free will to think My big dream is to impact 100 million lives. Through creating space in some form for them to heal. I am open to supporting men and women through this process. to finding self acceptance in owning their story, believing in themselves again and knowing they are not defined by their past.

LIVE LIFE LOVE

Respecting your body and treating yourself how you deserve to be treated will result in happiness, well-being and self love. My job, as a Coach is to help and guide you to achieve a positive mindset, with healthy habits through learning easy to follow life lessons. After years of studying Psychology, Life Coaching, Nutrition and Health & Wellness Coaching its time to impart some of what I’ve learnt to others and spread the love. Balancing the scales and moderation will be the key take away from everything I post, blog and talk about. There will never be lectures on what’s right and wrong.
